Thank god for the lovely parties we attended to brighten up the smiles of the kids. 

To start the ball rolling, I attended Reanne's party in her school last week. Daddy Bernard requested for 2 hours of party time, so I actually had time to sculpt cartoon characters for the kids with a class of 28. The kids adored it, and even the teachers went crazy over it and requested some for their kids. 

I had a great time at Eimran and Eilhan's pirate theme party. The guests were so hilarious cracking jokes as I was making balloons for the kids. More popular requests made were cats and angry birds, and one even asked for a parrot to suit the theme. How cool!

Next, I was back at Polliwogs at Robertson sculpting balloons for Ysabelle and her friends after meeting her 2 weeks back at the same place. Headed to the play room with a pre-ordered balloon stand, a purple princess with long hair. The guests were in awe with the balloons and had many beautiful taken with it. Really enjoyed my time there with the kids and hope to be back real soon!

Lastly, we had a party to celebrate Aiden's birthday in his school with an hour of balloon sculpting and 30 minutes of games. Gave the kids the liberty to choose whatever sculptures they want, and some requests that popped was spiderman,lion, tiger, octopus and the one that Aiden fancies, Lighting Mcqueen. Had a game session with the kids, it was really heartwarming to see the kids enjoying themselves, definitely a memorable day.

Mummy Linda was celebrating her daughter's Nadia's first month celebration was laid the "Garden" theme concept for decoration on the 55th level of Ion Orchard in a contemporary bar. The view was significant up on top, and the natural lighting made the venue so looked so bright, perfect for the garden theme.

Having limited space, we had 2 customised columns placed near the entrance, serving as a backdrop for the guests to take photos with. The sunflowers, rabbits, ladybugs and the huge princesses brightened up the restaurant instantly, bringing voices of "WOW" in the hall.

Working on new concepts for garden theme decorations, and having limited space we made use of helium balloons effectively. Giant polka-dotted balloon flowers were suspended in the air from each dining table, leaving a slick and simple design around. Not too cluttered, not to laid back. Next we had chosen pastel colours of blue, bubblegum pink, yellow, limegreen and purple, stringing them down the walk-way, adding colours to the environment, setting a happy tone to the party.

Lastly, we had balloon sculpting and face-painting up on our sleeves to entertain the kids (and even adults), making our signature Spiderman and a new popular request of Panda by the crowd. Face-painter Amanda got arty under her hands with many requests on flowers, butterflies, hello kitty and more. She even drew a request of Cody Simpson on a girl's arm. How cool! Mummy Linda gave us gifts as appreciation and asked us to stay for some food. Thank you Mummy Linda! :)

 Kicked start the first weekend of February at Jezelle's Party. A cheeky girl who loves to talk and engage with people made the sculpting session so lively and fun. She made a request for a Cinderella balloon, so I made here a gigantic one since she's the birthday girl. More kids came pouring in eventually, with more requests on Lion, Tigers and Fairies. They were so amazed by the balloon sculptures and I'm so glad that they loved the sculptures.

On a Sunday Party, Mummy Joyce hosted a Sesame Street theme party for her 1st year old daughter, Leryn. The mood and spirits were not dampened by the heavy rain, as I only entertained them with only cartoon characters. ( I don't like to do simple sculptures... :X) Being a Sesame Street party, Elmo and Cookie Monster were the hit, with Mickey and Minnie Mouse being the next frequently requested one. Loved the theme and the concept behind the party, kudos to Mummy Joyce and her family for this wonderful party! 

It was great meeting Mummy Joni again. She engaged our team last year to sculpt balloons for her elder son in the pre-school. Really appreciate her affirmation on our works and so thankful for her hospitality. Pockets of kids turned up for the party, so having the time, I could make many cartoon characters. Some interval time was spent with the kids, with my bubble bottle to keep them amazed. Laughs. Thank you Mummy Joni for the dinner, appreciate it! :)
